PHYSICAL THERAPY IS HERE!
 Our new physical therapy team has a wide range of services. If you are interested please give our office a call for details and scheduling. 

CURRENT OFFICE POLICIES. PLEASE READ: 

 

In accordance with the Illinois Department of Health, patients must be screened by their parent or guardian PRIOR to entering the clinic. Should your child not meet the criteria below, you must keep your child at home and notify the clinic/therapist of this information.  At that time, you will be given the option to move to a tele-therapy session.

When you arrive at the clinic: 

  1. Masks are optional.

  2. Our office manager will alert your therapist that your child has arrived for their appointment. At that point in time, you may choose to return to your car after your therapist has come to get your child or you may accompany your child to their session. Please note, there is no waiting in our lobby during your child's session should you choose to return to your car. 

  3. Please be back in the waiting room 5 minutes before the end of your child's session.

Criteria to attend therapy:

  • Does not have a temperature over 100.4 F.

  • Not taking fever-reducing medicines, such as those that contain aspirin, ibuprofen, or acetaminophen, in order to reduce his/her fever.

  • Has not had anyone in the household directed to self quarantine by a workplace, school, health care provider or by the County or State Department of Health.

  • DOES NOT have any of the following symptoms: chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body ache, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, or diarrhea.
