STEP 1

Email office@thecaringgroup.net or call 618-607-0086 to begin the referral process. We will take your child’s information as well as your insurance information so that we can verify insurance coverage.

STEP 2

Call your child’s primary care physician/provider for a script that can be faxed directly to our office. Your child’s primary care provider does NOT have to recommend services for them to receive them but we do need to have a script on file.

*Some plans require your primary care provider to put in an insurance authorization. You will be informed of this when you call to start the referral process.

STEP 3

You will receive a call from The Caring Group within 24-48 hours discussing your insurance benefits and any possible out-of-pocket costs.  To view our insurance and payment option click here.

STEP 4

Your child will be assigned a therapist (all therapists make their own schedule) and they will call you to set up your child’s therapy evaluation and/or first visit.

STEP 5

Download and print the intake forms through the button below including the parent questionnaire and therapy specific page. Fill these out and bring them with you to your first visit along with your insurance card.
