Insurance & Payment Options

The Caring Group is in-network with several insurance companies and accepts most out-of-network benefits. If services are not covered for any reason we do offer affordable out of pocket payment plans. 

We are currently in network with:

In the event your insurance provider is out of network, please call our office to verify benefits,  as all policies are different. In addition, we can provide multiple care options.

Private Pay

  • Evaluation Payment: Payment for the evaluation is required in full at the time of service.

  • Therapy Session Package: A pre-purchased package of four therapy sessions is required before scheduling the first therapy session.

  • Missed Appointments: If a missed therapy session is rescheduled, there is no penalty. However, if a missed session is not rescheduled, The Caring Group will automatically deduct one paid session from your package.

​

  • The Caring Group has the right to terminate this Agreement at any time.
